When people see accountability as “someone else’s job,” they waste time and resources. And it affects morale. In fact, research shows that employees waste $1,500 and one 8-hour workday for every accountability discussion they avoid.
We want to support a culture of accountability and to give people the tools they need to say something when they see problems. Capital Region ESD 113 is offering training on Crucial Accountability for people across the agency—from leadership to front-line employees.
Anyone who relies on the efforts of others to get things done will benefit from this training.
