Take a Break
- Establish working hours, and stick to them
- Get up, and move around
- Take a walk (even if it’s around your home)
- Stretch often to keep limbs loose
- Alternate sitting and standing activities
- Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water
- Eat a healthy snack to stay alert and energized
- Give your eyes a break
- Blink often, and on purpose
- Look away from your screen every 20 minutes
- Turn your focus to items about 20 feet away
