Take a Break

  • Establish working hours, and stick to them
  • Get up, and move around
    • Take a walk (even if it’s around your home)
    • Stretch often to keep limbs loose
    • Alternate sitting and standing activities
  • Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water
  • Eat a healthy snack to stay alert and energized
  • Give your eyes a break
    • Blink often, and on purpose
    • Look away from your screen every 20 minutes
    • Turn your focus to items about 20 feet away
